Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order. You will get an email when it ships or when it is ready for pickup.

STORE PICKUP
Items stocked at our Clinton shop can be picked up 8 AM–5 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready.
Pickup is only available if checkout offers it. If checkout only shows shipping, the order cannot be picked up.

SHIPPING FROM THE MANUFACTURER
Some products ship from the manufacturer’s warehouse rather than our shop. Those orders include free shipping in the contiguous U.S. and typically arrive 5–8 business days after the manufacturer ships. They are not available for store pickup.
